Case Report: Spondylolisthesis and pseudarthrosis (Dr Stephens)

25-year-old male has a high grade L5-S1 spondylolisthesis and also had a pseudoarthrosis from a previous fusion attempt.  We took a fibula allograft and used this for an anterior interbody fusion that we put in posteriorly through a drill hole in the dome of the sacrum.  After that we fused him with pedicle screw instrumentation, L4 to S1.  We used autologous iliac bone graft harvested from both iliac crests.  He has a good functional result and his pain is much better.
